My Role & Leadership
As Director of Experience Design, I collaborated with a cross-functional team and partnered with client stakeholders to uncover opportunities through UX research and strategic analysis, translating insights into a cohesive end-to-end experience. The design-first engagement was grounded in the client’s existing operational ecosystem, ensuring solutions were practical, scalable, and immediately actionable. I provided hands-on leadership throughout, guiding the team from discovery through final experience delivery.​​​​​​​

Most valuable information came from our detailed conversations with key internal stakeholders, who sell inventory and external stakeholders, who manage inventory.


▪ Audience Mapping – Understanding the EMEA channel partners and their specific roles, objectives, coupled with interactions
with other members in the audience ecosystem
▪ Vision Alignment - Validating the refined vision statement, reviewing needs the vision meets, and evaluating the potential measurable business impact the portal and vision may contribute towards
▪ Macro Moments - Refining the hypotheses around macro moments that matter, crystalizing the descriptions within each moment, and performing validation with key team members
▪ Prioritized Micro Moments (7) – Unpacking the micro moments within each macro moment to understand goals, outcomes and pain points for each micro moment

Through multiple conversations with various departments, roles and vendors we were able to define the key moments of engagement with the user that could be tested and improved.
