Crafting the experience

I worked with client teams to design an immersive AR web experience where users navigated the 3D content as if stepping into a video. From QR code entry to task completion, each interaction was thoughtfully structured to deliver on the KPI's for the client.
Once we had the journey mapped, I collaborated with DogStudio designers to plot the map, deciding when content would appear and where users could interact. The goal was to strike the right balance between keeping people engaged and giving them those “wow” moments that made the experience memorable.

“A window into the inspirational and inclusive worlds of Sprite Zero and Wakanda”

The experience was built for both desktop and mobile, allowing users to scan the QR code on the bottle and instantly access it. This cross-platform design was key to meeting the brand’s KPIs by ensuring maximum reach and engagement.

The Results
The site crushed engagement goals with 1.75M+ unique visits and 4+ minutes spent per user—an unprecedented win for Sprite Zero’s first-of-its-kind experience.

We went beyond the original scope to prototype a working model, showing how the experience could be made even more interactive with new features in Wakanda U. This included unlocking hidden easter-egg content or accessing secret experiences through digital outdoor screens.
